Ingredients
Tomato
Basil
Burrata (or fresh mozzarella)
Microgreens
EVOO
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Prosciutto
Instructions
Pan-sear the Prosciutto for about 5 minutes. Not too long to brown, just enough to render some fat and allow the prosciutto to be crispy once cooled.
Slice the tomatoes.
Layer tomato and basil, like you are making lasagna.
Top with Burrata.
Tear the prosciutto into pieces and poke into the Burrata.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with microgreens.
