Typically while I’m cooking my sweet husband will make me a cocktail or a glass of wine. When he learned about this pork belly experiment, he decided to do a little inventing of his own. Thus, the Spicy Korean Cocktail was born!
Following a very traditional recipe for a margarita, but adding in Gochujang for spice makes this a special treat.

Ingredients
Cocktail
- 2 ounces Blanco Tequila such as Patron Silver
- 1 ounce Triple Sec Liqueur such as Cointreau
- 1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Gochujang
Garnish
- Tajin
- Mint Sprig
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
- Rim a margarita glass with lime juice and dip into Tajin.
- Add fresh ice to the glass.
- Strain the shaker mixture into the rimmed glass.
- Top with a mint sprig.
