Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 1 loaf French Bread
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Snap the woody ends off the asparagus and cut into 2 inch pieces.
- Slice the bread and brush with olive oil.
- Lightly coat the wrapped asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Spread the bread onto a separate baking sheet.
- Roast the asparagus in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Broil the bread until brown.
- To plate, top a bread slice with 3-5 asparagus spears and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and shaved parmesan.
