Ingredients

  • Tomato
  • Basil
  • Burrata (or fresh mozzarella)
  • Microgreens
  • EVOO
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Prosciutto

Instructions

  • Pan-sear the Prosciutto for about 5 minutes. Not too long to brown, just enough to render some fat and allow the prosciutto to be crispy once cooled.
  • Slice the tomatoes.
  • Layer tomato and basil, like you are making lasagna.
  • Top with Burrata.
  • Tear the prosciutto into pieces and poke into the Burrata.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with microgreens.
