Ingredients
- Tomato
 - Basil
 - Burrata (or fresh mozzarella)
 - Microgreens
 - EVOO
 - Balsamic Vinegar
 - Salt & Pepper
 - Prosciutto
 
Instructions
- Pan-sear the Prosciutto for about 5 minutes. Not too long to brown, just enough to render some fat and allow the prosciutto to be crispy once cooled.
 - Slice the tomatoes.
 - Layer tomato and basil, like you are making lasagna.
 - Top with Burrata.
 - Tear the prosciutto into pieces and poke into the Burrata.
 - Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
 - Salt and pepper to taste.
 - Garnish with microgreens.
