Ingredients
Tomato
Basil
Fresh Mozzarella
Microgreens
EVOO
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Thick Cut Pork Belly
Instructions
Pan-sear the pork belly until browned.
Roast the pork belly in a 350F oven for 20 minutes.
Slice the tomatoes.
Layer tomato, basil, and mozzarella twice, like you are making lasagna.
Add the pork belly to the side of the salad.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with microgreens.
