Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Dried Basil
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- ½ tablespoon Dried Onion Powder
- ½ tablespoon Dried Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Using your hands, mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Between the palms of your hands, roll a meatball about the size of a golf ball.
- Continue until all meatballs are formed.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook in batches to prevent the pan from cooling too much.
- Serve with your desired sauce.
