Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Basil
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ tablespoon Dried Onion Powder
  • ½ tablespoon Dried Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Using your hands, mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Between the palms of your hands, roll a meatball about the size of a golf ball.
  • Continue until all meatballs are formed.
  • Brown the meatballs on all sides in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook in batches to prevent the pan from cooling too much.
  • Serve with your desired sauce.
