Ingredients

  • Tomato
  • Basil
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Microgreens
  • EVOO
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Thick Cut Pork Belly

Instructions

  • Pan-sear the pork belly until browned.
  • Roast the pork belly in a 350F oven for 20 minutes.
  • Slice the tomatoes.
  • Layer tomato, basil, and mozzarella twice, like you are making lasagna.
  • Add the pork belly to the side of the salad.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with microgreens.
