Ingredients
- Tomato
- Basil
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Microgreens
- EVOO
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Thick Cut Pork Belly
Instructions
- Pan-sear the pork belly until browned.
- Roast the pork belly in a 350F oven for 20 minutes.
- Slice the tomatoes.
- Layer tomato, basil, and mozzarella twice, like you are making lasagna.
- Add the pork belly to the side of the salad.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with microgreens.
