Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Snap the woody ends off the asparagus.
- Mince the garlic.
- Liberally coat the asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with garlic and parmesan cheese.
- Roast the asparagus in the oven for 10 minutes.
