Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 4 ounces Goat Cheese
- 4 ounces Prosciutto
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Snap the woody ends off the asparagus.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a dollop of goat cheese and ⅓ slice of prosciutto.
- Lightly coat the wrapped asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Roast the asparagus in the oven for 10 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy.
